Knight Frank Limited, seeks to employ a competent and qualified Estate Agent
Job Purpose
Assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by advising on market conditions, preparing listings, and negotiating deals.
Generating leads, market properties through various channels, showing properties to potential buyers, and handling the necessary paperwork for transactions. Agents are responsible for managing the entire process, from initial client contact to closing, ensuring all legal and contractual terms are met.
Responsibilities
1. Lead generation /business development
2. Concluding mandates with clients
3. Overseeing marketing of assigned properties
4. Negotiating transactions on behalf of clients and giving reasonable advice to clients.
- Reporting - Providing a thorough detailed monthly report including sales, lettings and updated client details
- Financial - Invoicing and collecting sales / leasing amounts as signed up by client. Preparing annual budgets for final approval by the Head – Agency.

Job reports to Head – Agency (Residential & Farms)
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree qualification in Real Estate or related field
- Full membership with ZIEA
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant sales and leasing position
