Knight Frank Zambia, seeks to employ a competent and qualified Registered Valuer
Main Job Purpose:
To carry out valuations and research strategy (especially digital) and implementation thereof. The role carries out inspection of properties such as land and buildings, researching market trends and comparable sales, analyzing data and writing detailed valuation reports and providing investment advice to management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Corporate strategy and delivery -Contributing to Corporate Strategy by providing objective, data-driven property valuations that guide major business decisions
- Stakeholder Engagement – Participating as an effective team member in professional and business relationships while identifying business opportunities
- Risk Management, Governance and Compliance - Delivering valuation services which align to RICS and IVS procedures, complying with departmental standards, policies and work instructions in accordance with statutory requirements and the client’s instruction
- Team Management Coaching and Mentorship – Guiding junior team members on technical performance, and ethical conduct.
- Reporting - Developing monthly work plans and Assessing valuation reports critically for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Job reports to Head of Valuation and Advisory
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a degree qualification in Real Estate or related field
- Full membership with ZIVS
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Property Valuer
