The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting Digiwave Signage’s printing and branding services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the market through innovative marketing and branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and branding sector.
- Promote Digiwave Signage’s full range of services, including signage, digital printing, vehicle branding, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and emerging branding needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and corporate partners.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to refine pricing and promotional strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in advertising, branding, or printing.
- Strong knowledge of printing, signage, and branding industry trends and technologies.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
- Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
- Valid driver’s license.
