AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Senior Learning & Development Officer.
The Senior Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for identifying organisational skills gaps and develop a bank-wide learning and development plan.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and role-based training programmes.
- Develop/ Manage various learning interventions/ Staff Development programs.
- Management of the Bank’s Learning Management System (eLearning Platform).
- Support Performance Management through KPI capability building and targeted development intervention.
- Measure training impact and report on learning effectiveness, coverage, and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Results-driven and analytical.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Results-driven and analytical.
- The ideal candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development or Human Resource of which 2 years should be in operations, preferably in a bank or regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field or related experience. ZAQA certification is a must.
