Job Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)
1. Loan Application Review
Manually review customer loan applications according to the company's credit policies and risk control rules.
Review customer basic information, phone number authenticity (KYC), identity/NRC information, contact information, income, and repayment ability.
Based on the company's credit policies, make review decisions such as approval/rejection/request for supplementary documents.
2. Information Verification and Risk Identification
Verify customer information via phone, system data, or third-party information.
Identify potential risks, including but not limited to inconsistencies, fraud, abnormal behavior, ID or identity theft, etc.
Submit high-risk or abnormal applications to superiors for review according to procedures.
3. System Operation and Records
Accurately and completely enter review opinions and decision-making basis into the credit system.
Ensure all review operations are traceable and auditable.
4. Compliance and Internal Control
Strictly abide by the company's lending policies, operating procedures, and relevant Zambian laws and regulations.
Do not accept or solicit any form of improper benefit.
Protect customer privacy and ensure customer data security.
5. Cross-departmental collaboration
Maintain effective communication with customer service, collection, risk control, and technology teams.
Assist in handling customer inquiries, reviews, and disputes related to credit review.
6. Performance and Continuous Improvement
Complete daily review volume and timeliness targets as required.
Participate in training and regular meetings to continuously improve review quality and risk identification capabilities.
7. Review Officer Main KPI Requirements
Review at least 100 customer review cases daily.
