We are a growing company specializing in the buying and exporting of electronic waste (e-waste) and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to expand our supplier network across Zambia.
🔍 Role Overview
This is a 90% field-based B2B role. You’ll be on the ground — meeting companies, negotiating deals, and building long-term partnerships with businesses generating e-waste.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B e-waste suppliers across Zambia
- Engage confidently with all levels of company management (from operations to executives)
- Negotiate purchase terms and close profitable deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- Represent the company professionally in the market
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Confidence interacting with senior management
- Willingness to travel extensively within Zambia
💰 Compensation
- Base Salary: ZMW 8,000
- Bonuses: Uncapped performance-based bonuses for successful deals
