Qualifications
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
ii. Registered member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
Experience and Competencies
1. Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in road construction projects.
2. Proven experience in project supervision and implementation of road works.
3. Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
4. Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials testing, and general road surveying principles.
5. Demonstrated strong supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to meet project targets and deadlines.
6. Familiar with quantities measurement, earthworks volume calculations, and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
7. Knowledge and understanding of project environmental issues and compliance requirements.
8. Must provide traceable references.
