Key Responsibilities
In-Store Promotions & Visibility
- Execute approved in-store promotions to drive off-take and enhance brand visibility across modern and traditional trade.
- Ensure full compliance with Two Six Zero Brands’ promotional standards and guidelines.
Merchandising & Retail Visibility
- Implement merchandising plans to maximise shelf presence, secondary placements, and planogram compliance.
- Conduct routine store audits and provide visibility reports to management.
Stores Branding
- Coordinate store branding initiatives including signage, decals, branded shelves, and fixtures.
- Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
POSM (Point of Sale Materials) Development & Deployment
- Support the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials such as banners, wobblers, shelf talkers, and display stands.
- Track POSM utilisation, condition, and impact in-market.
Product Sampling / Demonstrations
- Plan and manage product sampling and in-store demonstrations to drive consumer trial and conversion.
- Brief and supervise promoters to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective brand communication.
Activation Campaigns
- Execute brand activation campaigns in line with the annual marketing calendar.
- Monitor execution quality and compile post-activation performance reports.
Dealer / Retailer Engagement
- Build and maintain productive relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Support retailer engagement initiatives that enhance loyalty and brand advocacy.
Roadshows & Events
- Plan and execute roadshows, market tours, and community activations across assigned territories.
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, and materials to ensure smooth execution.
Flyers, Leaflets & Direct Mailers
- Support the design, distribution, and monitoring of printed marketing materials.
- Ensure targeted reach in key catchment areas and trade outlets.
B2B Promotions
- Assist in executing B2B promotions targeting distributors, wholesalers, and institutional clients.
- Support trade incentives and promotional mechanics aimed at driving volume growth.
Loyalty Programs
- Support the rollout and management of consumer and trade loyalty programmes.
- Track participation levels and report on programme performance.
Consumer Feedback & Market Intelligence
- Collect consumer insights, competitor activity data, and market feedback during field activities.
- Share actionable insights with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Influencer / Local Key Opinion Leader Campaigns
- Support influencer and local community leader engagements to build brand credibility.
- Coordinate campaign execution and track impact.
Experiential Marketing
- Deliver experiential marketing initiatives that create memorable brand interactions.
- Ensure alignment with Two Six Zero Brands’ values, culture, and messaging.
Traditional Events & Ceremonies
- Support participation in traditional events, ceremonies, and community engagements where applicable.
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and adherence to corporate brand standards.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field
5+ years of hands-on Experience in Marketing with a strong focus on trade marketing
3. Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork
