Aller Aqua Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Production Intern. The role reports to the Production Manager and will be based at the Aller Aqua Zambia Factory, in Siavonga.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure output targets are met
- Support machine operation, setup, and shutdown under supervision
- Participate in quality control checks and record production data
- Assist in identifying production inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain organization of the production area
- Support inventory tracking of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare basic production reports and documentation
- Work closely with supervisors and operators to learn production workflows
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Full Grade Twelve School Certificate (GCE)
Bachelor’s degree in production and Operation Management, Business Administration, Production Engineering or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Fresh Graduates are strongly advised to apply
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SHE management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
