VACANCY: VICE PRINCIPAL – LOTUS WAY SCHOOL
Lotus Way School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice Principal to support academic leadership and school management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in academic leadership and school operations
- Supervise teaching staff and uphold high teaching and learning standards
- Oversee student discipline, welfare, and safeguarding
- Support curriculum implementation and quality assurance
- Engage with parents and support school improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree with a recognized teaching qualification
- 3–10 years’ experience in school leadership or management
- Experience in an international or private school environment (added advantage)
