JOB OPPORTUNITY: OFFICE DRIVER
Superior Milling Company Limited, a milling company based in Lusaka, invites applications from suitably qualified, reliable, and motivated individuals to fill the position of Office Driver.
Job Purpose
The Office Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services while supporting general office and administrative operations in accordance with company policies and the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely transport company staff, visitors, and official materials
· Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and office supplies
· Run official errands including banking and courier services
· Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well maintained
· Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate logbooks
· Observe road traffic regulations and company safety procedures
· Provide basic administrative and operational support when required
Qualifications & Requirements
· Junior School Certificate or better
· Valid Zambian driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an office or company driver
· Knowledge of Lusaka routes and traffic regulations
· Basic reading and writing skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Honest, reliable, and physically fit
Working Conditions
· Employment terms and working hours shall be in line with the Employment Code Act, 2019
· Overtime may be required and will be compensated in accordance with the law
