Founded in March 2021, we supply premium spirits and champagne to bars, restaurants, lounges, hotels and selected retail stores, with a focus on authentic products, competitive pricing and dependable delivery.

· Availability: maintain fast-moving premium stock in a market where supply gaps happen.
· Trust: reduce counterfeit/grey‑market risk through traceable sourcing and clean invoices.
· Speed: practical delivery support for last‑minute replenishment and weekend trading.
· Service: customer-first account management and product guidance based on local demand.
Role Objective
To ensure the effective implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategy in the On Trade.
Key Performance Areas / Responsibilities
Brand Availability & Sales Volumes
· Achieve availability by channel, as per targets set.
· Correct implementation of brand availability, by channel.
· Ensure that brand equity is a key driver of all activity and activations.
· Drive volume through innovative ideas.
· Drive volume through brand prioritisation per channel.
Promotions & Brand Visibility
· Ensure that activations and promotions are effectively implemented and within brand equity guidelines.
· Ensure that the correct brands are promoted in the correct channels and outlets.
· Ensure correct implementation of our National Activation and Promotions Strategy.
· Manage ROI (return on investment) of activations and promotions.
· Ensure brand visibility is optimised through imagery, displays, staff uniforms, menus and specialised merchandise.
Operational Excellence
· Correctly implement and update the call cycle.
· Achieve 100% call rate as per the call cycle.
· Ensure that all outlets are coded correctly.
· Ensure all requirements are achieved during the rep call.
· Correctly complete all administration and report requirements.
Consumer Interaction
· Interact responsibly with consumers at all available opportunities.
· Collect consumer information as per the brand target market.
· Feedback consumer learning and expectations.
Financial & Asset Management
· Quantity and cycle discount parameters adhered to.
· Correct completion and timeous return of PODs and credit notes.
· Vehicle maintained and well cared for; vehicle mileage is within budget.
· Responsible use of promotional stock.
Requirements & Qualifications
· 3-year tertiary education (beneficial).
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience – FMCG / liquor industry experience required.
· Product and service knowledge; understanding of category management.
· Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles.
· Computer literate.
· Ability to conceptualise and negotiate; customer orientation.
· Sound interpersonal skills and creativity (big picture thinking).
· Team player with the ability to work independently using initiative.
· Endurance and ability to tolerate extended hours.
