Responsibilities
1. Monitor the fleet maintenance systems online
2. Troubleshoot technical issues for tracking devices, office equipment and workshop equipment in person and remotely
3. Collaborate with mechanics and sales staff across the country
4. Provide technical support for IT systems (hardware and software) in person and remotely
5. Work with external providers such as internet providers, server hosts, software agencies, machinery suppliers, etc.
6. Install and maintain office equipment
7. Create various monthly reports for internal operations and external customers
Requirements (mandatory)
8. Bachelors in an IT related degree or equivalent
9. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
10. Strong proficiency in Windows OS
11. Strong proficiency in anti-virus software, VPN, cloud and local servers
12. Proficiency in SAGE
13. Strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative
14. Good communication skills
15. Good teamwork
Requirements (preferred, not mandatory):
16. Proficiency in MacOS
17. Driving license
18. Experience in cyber security
