We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist / Director’s Assistant based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Director’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
Handling front office duties, including receiving visitors and managing calls
Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or any related business field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (MS Office and email management)
Resident in Lusaka

Preferred Attributes:

Presentable, well-organized, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and under pressure
