Role Overview
We are seeking a well-presented, knowledgeable, and trustworthy Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to attend to walk-in clients, conduct professional showroom tours, and convert enquiries into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
This role combines customer service, interior product knowledge, and sales capability, and requires someone confident engaging high-value clients in a premium showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
* Welcome and attend to all walk-in clients professionally.
* Conduct guided tours of the showroom.
* Explain product categories, finishes, and supplier ranges.
* Identify client needs, style preferences, and project scope.
Sales & Lead Conversion
* Convert walk-in traffic into qualified leads.
* Capture customer information and project details.
* Book consultations and site visits.
* Promote cross-selling across showroom categories.
Interior Design Guidance
* Provide basic design advice and product recommendations.
* Assist clients with finish selections and combinations.
* Help clients visualize cohesive interior spaces.
Marketing & Brand Representation
* Uphold showroom presentation standards.
* Represent the Desired Spaces brand professionally.
* Encourage catalogue sharing and social media engagement.
* Provide client feedback and market insights.
Administration
* Log all walk-in enquiries and leads.
* Maintain client records and follow-ups.
* Assist with quotations and project coordination where required.

Minimum Requirements
* Background in interior design, interior finishes, furniture, or showroom sales.
* Strong interest in interiors and space aesthetics.
* Sales and customer service experience.
* Confident communication in English (additional local languages an advantage).
* Computer literacy (basic CRM / WhatsApp / email use).
