(Assigned lottery sales outlets)
Easywin Bet Limited is a reputable lottery operations company in Zambia. We are looking to fill the position of Sales Representatives (10) to be based in Lusaka.
The successful candidates will work at designated lottery sales outlets and play a key role in sales, customer service, and outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Selling lottery products and assisting customers with ticket purchases and prize redemption
•Operating lottery sales terminals accurately and ensuring correct transaction records
•Promoting lottery products, game rules, and ongoing promotions to customers
•Providing excellent customer service by answering questions related to gameplay, prizes, and redemption procedures
•Maintaining cleanliness, order, and professionalism at the sales outlet
•Safeguarding lottery tickets, sales equipment, and cash
•Conducting daily sales reconciliation and submitting reports on time
•Ensuring full compliance with Zambian lottery regulations and company policies
•Managing sales materials, promotional items, and ticket stock
•Reporting shortages or operational issues to the supervisor promptly
Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12 / General Certificate of Education or higher
•Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
•Candidates without experience but with good communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
•Good customer service and communication skills
•Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately
•Ability to communicate in English
•Ability to speak local languages such as Nyanja is an added advantage
•Honest, reliable, and responsible
•No criminal record or bad credit history
•Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
