Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
· Experience in cost accounting and project accounting.
· Knowledge of tax regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High level of integrity and confidentiality.
· Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
· Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA – added advantage).
· Minimum 2–3 years experience (preferably in construction or project environment).
