JOB ADVERT – Sales Coordinator.
Aller Aqua Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the Position of Sales Coordinator. This role reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. The role will be based at the Aller Aqua Zambia Factory, in Siavonga.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process sales orders accurately and timely.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise with production, stores, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate sales meetings and prepare sales presentations.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling client visits and follow-ups.
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Full Grade Twelve School Certificate (GCE)
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Fisheries and Aqua Culture or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales support or coordination role.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
Problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
