City University of Science and Technology (CUST) is inviting applications from dynamic, innovative, and results-driven individuals to fill the position of Marketing Officer.

We are looking for a passionate professional who understands modern marketing strategies and can drive student recruitment, brand visibility, and institutional growth.

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage).

2. Proven knowledge of Digital Marketing.

3. Certification in Digital Marketing or related area will be an added advantage.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

1. Strong digital marketing skills (social media management, paid ads, email marketing, SEO basics).

2. Content creation skills (graphics, short videos, copywriting).

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

5. Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret marketing data and generate insights).

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools.

7. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) will be an added advantage.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.

2. Manage and grow the university’s digital platforms and social media presence.

3. Coordinate outreach campaigns, school visits, and community engagement programs.

4. Create engaging promotional materials (digital and print).

5. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

6. Support branding and public relations activities of the institution.
