HVAC SUPERVISOR

Our company is seeking a highly competent and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in HVAC installations and proven leadership skills to manage technicians and projects effectively.
🔧 Key Requirements
- Sound knowledge of HVAC installations including:
- VRF Systems
- Cold Rooms
- Air Conditioning Systems
- Ventilation Systems
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Computer literacy (MS Office, quotation & costing preparation)
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling jobs and assigning tasks to technicians
- Supervising works on site and ensuring compliance with company standards and national construction codes
- Conducting site visits for job costing and project assessments
- Preparing quotations, Bills of Materials (BOM), and costing
- Monitoring use of materials by technicians during projects
- Ensuring safety standards and punctuality on all sites
- Effectively communicating with clients (B2B communications included)
- Responding to client complaints and managing call-back jobs
- Conducting departmental meetings
- Staff performance evaluation and reporting
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
- Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
- Membership with relevant professional bodies (added advantage)
