We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Brand & Content Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the management of the company’s communication channels, including email campaigns and in-app messaging, while driving brand storytelling across all platforms. You will also be responsible for managing our blog, creating compelling articles, and overseeing our social media presence to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the internal team by providing localised market insights, audience behaviour and relevant trends.
- Create and suggest social media content strategy that resonate with Zambian SMEs, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
- Create engaging posts (text, image and video) that drive audience engagement and growth.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of video content production, including feature pieces, testimonials, street interviews, and business education content·
- Scouts for real Zambian business stories to be featured in campaigns.
- Provide feedback on current campaigns and suggest improvements based on local feedback.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field·
- Minimum 1-3 years of communications
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Understanding of analytics tools( Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite etc)
- Creative mindset with strong organisation and time management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Intercom( or other email marketing platforms) and social media management tools.
