We are looking for a highly disciplined, proactive, and professional Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can take full control of HR operations, enforce policies, and deliver results without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment & onboarding processes from start to finish
Manage employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
Prepare and manage contracts, HR documentation & personnel files
Oversee attendance, leave management & staff records
Coordinate payroll inputs & statutory compliance (NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE)
Enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Conduct daily/weekly HR monitoring and reporting
Drive performance management and staff productivity
Handle labour office matters and HR compliance issues
What We Are Looking For
Strong personality with the ability to enforce discipline and structure
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex HR situations
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple sites or clients (added advantage)
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 2–5 years proven HR experience
Strong knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws
Experience in payroll, compliance, and disciplinary handling
Computer literate (Excel, HR systems)
