Twyford VOSA App Marketing and management tool developed independently by Twyford International. The App aims to streamline the full in store sales and marketing process by, harmonizing pre-sales process, settlement of transaction difficulties, customer service follow up, up-skilling and empowerment, customer information management and overall store management.
The Digital Operations Specialist will be responsible for the promotion of our in house Application- Twyford VOSA to all our Customers within Zambia. The candidate will be responsible for the roll-out, training and promotion and analyzing performance and App use metrics
Twyford International is currently looking to recruit for a qualified DIGITAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to assist with the launch for the VOSA app to improve operations in the sales and marketing department for Zambia Country Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee overall roll-out of VOSA App in Zambia, including but not limited to:
- Training plan formulation
- Coordination of material purchase
- Content collection and population on the AppConduct market readiness survey and ensure all customers have the equipment in store to ensure successful operation of the App
- Continuous promotion of VOSA App to customers to ensure regular use
- Conduct frequent App updates like product upload and addition of new users.
- Plan monthly showroom checking schedule for VOSA App use to our Distributor shops
- Plan and coordinate the VOSA App loyalty programme in Zambia and ensure timely purchase and issuance of gifts
- Manage all documentation related to VOSA App programme
- Cross-functional cooperation with all other related teams to ensure success of VOSA App roll-out and adoption in Zambia
METRICS
- Review daily, weekly, monthly App use by our customers and formulate incentive strategies to push App use
- Manage budgets and high value equipment for VOSA promotion
- Provide timely reports on material and equipment purchased for VOSA promotion

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ Years of work experience in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Marketing, Sales or a similar role
- Experience handling big data and data analytic tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or WPS
