We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty products, skilled in client relationship management, and driven to achieve sales targets while promoting our brand’s vision of enhancing customer confidence and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cosmetics and beauty products to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to highlight benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, promotional events, and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, ideally in cosmetics, beauty.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer focused with the ability to deliver personalized product recommendations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
