We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join the Corporation.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Lusaka, Zambia. The Sales and Marketing Manager will develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, build strong relationships with clients, identify market trends, and drive business growth. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data and customer feedback, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in milling or FMCG.
- Strong proficiency in MS365, including Excel and PowerPoint and other sales software.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of delivering revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
- Results oriented individual who is highly organized with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Solid knowledge of distribution networks and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Grow distribution networks across retail, wholesale, B2B, and institutional markets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet performance objectives.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align supply with market demand.
