We are seeking to employ a modern trade and HORECA(Hotel,Restaurant,Cafe) Executive, A candidate that can drive sales growth by managing key client accounts, expanding distribution in supermarkets/chains, and securing,managing,and servicing hospitality accounts and achieving sales targets, optimizing product visibility(shelf management)handling orders, and maintaining strong, long -term relationships with stockholders.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales and Growth. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by prospecting and onboarding new clients in the HORECA and modern trade sectors
2.Account management build and manage relationships with buyers at supermarkets,hotels,restaurants and catering firms
3.Product placement execute product listings, manage shelf space, and ensure stock visibility.
4.Payment and collection -manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments from clients
5.Operational control-Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and manage returns.
6.Market analysis track competitor activity, pricing trends and customer preferences to inform strategies
Requirements
A diploma or degree in sales and marketing or business course
2 to 5 years experience in FMCG,HORECA
Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and willingness to travel
Basic computer skills
must have a valid drivers licence
