Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Marketing & Social Media: Assisting with digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and creating engaging content.
* Event Coordination: Planning and executing both professional and social events—from venue sourcing to guest list management.
* Relationship Management: Acting as a primary point of contact and maintaining positive relationships with partners and vendors.
What We Are Looking For
* Location: Based in or within easy commuting distance of Kabulonga.
* Experience: Proven background in Marketing and/or Event Planning.
* Personality: Naturally friendly, outgoing, and social. You should be comfortable navigating diverse social settings with poise.
* Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in modern digital tools.
* Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
