Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual who can manage confidential information, coordinate executive activities, and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and priorities
• Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and Word documents for executive use
• Attend meetings with the CEO, including travel to remote locations, and accurately document discussions, minutes, and action points
• Manage and respond to emails and phone communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the CEO
• Maintain and manage confidential files, records, and sensitive information
• Track key action items and follow up to ensure timely execution
• Support internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership
