Key Responsibilities
School Nurse
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
- Maintain student medical records and health documentation.
- Promote health awareness and preventive care within the school.
- Work closely with parents and medical professionals when necessary.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
School Counsellor
- Provide emotional, behavioural, and academic counselling to students.
- Support students’ wellbeing and personal development.
- Work with teachers and parents to address student needs.
- Implement wellbeing programmes and safeguarding practices.
- Maintain confidential counselling records.
IT Systems Manager
- Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and reliable system performance.
- Provide technical support to staff and students.
- Manage digital learning platforms and school management systems.
- Support the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
Admissions Officer
- Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
- Communicate effectively with prospective parents and families.
- Organise school tours, open days, and admissions events.
- Maintain accurate admissions data and student records.
- Support the school’s enrolment growth and customer service standards.
Marketing Officer
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage the school’s website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Promote school events, achievements, and programmes.
- Support student recruitment and community engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen the school’s brand and public presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in the related field
- Relevant work experience in education or professional environments (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High professional integrity and ethical standards
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international school environment
