Role Overview
As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of the rooftop experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and valued from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Service
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders with confidence
- Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and timing
- Regularly check on guests without being intrusive
2. Product Knowledge
- Have a strong understanding of the menu (food, cocktails, and beverages)
- Make recommendations and upsell where appropriate
- Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen teams
3. Service Standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professionalism
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained at all times
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
4. Team Coordination
- Work closely with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff
- Support smooth and efficient service during peak hours
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or lounge preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
