We are looking for confident, well-presented, and highly professional Hosts/Hostesses to be the first point of contact for guests at our rooftop lounge. This role is critical in shaping the first impression and overall flow of the guest experience.
Role Overview
As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth and premium experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest استقبال & First Impressions
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Create a strong first impression that reflects a premium rooftop experience
- Manage guest expectations during busy periods
2. Reservations & Seating Management
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocation efficiently
- Optimize seating to balance guest comfort and business flow
- Coordinate with waiters and supervisors to ensure timely service
3. Guest Communication
- Provide accurate information about the menu, events, and waiting times
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a calm and composed attitude, even under pressure
4. Coordination & Flow Management
- Work closely with the rooftop supervisor, waiters, and bar team
- Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth transitions between arrivals and departures
- Maintain order and organization at the entrance and waiting areas
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong confidence, presence, and professionalism
- Well-groomed with a polished appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations
