Role Overview
As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, maintaining bar standards, and contributing to a vibrant and professional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drink Preparation & Mixology
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to a professional mixology standard
- Ensure consistency in taste, measurement, and presentation
- Apply proper techniques including shaking, stirring, layering, and garnishing
2. Bar Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements
- Follow strict portion control and minimize wastage
3. Guest Experience
- Engage guests with confidence and professionalism
- Provide drink recommendations and upsell where appropriate
- Deliver a smooth and enjoyable bar experience
4. Team Coordination
- Work closely with waiters and runners to ensure efficient service
- Maintain speed and composure during peak hours
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a bartender
- Mandatory mixology certification (must be presented during application)
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Excellent drink presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional
