Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator at Wayfina's Lusaka Sales Office. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for providing customer support, handling phone calls, and managing customer inquiries and issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
Familiarity with Contact Centers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in a similar role is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
