Easywin Bet Ltd Zambia is looking for energetic and motivated Online Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will communicate with potential customers via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media, helping them register, deposit, and actively participate on the Easywin platform.
About the role
Engage potential customers through WhatsApp, calls and social media
Assist users with registration, deposits and understanding betting features
Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns
Follow up leads to ensure successful customer conversion
Share promotions, bonuses and sports updates to increase engagement
Achieve daily and weekly targets for registrations and deposits
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills (knowledge of local languages is an advantage)
Confident, energetic and self-motivated
Persuasive and target-driven
Able to work independently and under pressure
Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media platforms
No sales experience required – training will be provided
Interest in sports or betting is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in a related field
A sales and Marketing experience is an added advantage.
