Role Description

Hazida Motors Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive for their Kitwe branch. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kitwe, the Sales Executive will focus on driving vehicle sales, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Expertise in customer relationship management and client engagement
Lead Generation
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey value propositions effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Prior experience in the automotive industry/mining sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
