• Support the coordination and supervision of merchandisers across multiple retail outlets, acting as a central communication point.
• Work closely with operations and account teams to ensure world-class in-store execution and campaign compliance.
• Track attendance, schedules, and daily execution to maintain structured operational flows.
• Receive, review, and organize daily and weekly merchandiser reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze merchandising data (product availability, shelf visibility, and POSM execution) to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct regular field visits within Lusaka and other towns to verify brand standards and support ground teams.
• Assist in preparing high-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in FMCG, retail, or marketing operations with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and basic performance analysis.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly for fieldwork.
• High level of accountability and the ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
