Role Overview
Serves as the technical subject matter expert for Hazida Motors, responsible for the precise identification, sourcing, and advisory of vehicle components. This role ensures that both the workshop and external customers receive expert guidance to minimize repair delays and maximize sales through technical accuracy and proactive relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Advisory: Provide internal technicians and external customers with expert recommendations on parts selection, specifications, and approved alternatives.
- Order & Inventory Management: Process inquiries and sales orders, track backorders with OEMs, and coordinate with the Parts Manager to ensure high stock fulfillment rates.
- Workshop Support: Act as a dedicated liaison for the service department, prioritizing parts delivery to ensure efficient vehicle throughput and technician productivity.
- Compliance & Returns: Oversee the documentation for parts returns and warranty claims, ensuring all items are inspected and processed according to manufacturer guidelines.
Core Objectives
- Precision: Minimize "dead stock" and return rates by ensuring 100% accuracy in parts identification.
- Customer Loyalty: Build trust through proactive communication regarding part availability and technical reliability.
- Operational Flow: Streamline the connection between the parts warehouse and the service bay to reduce vehicle downtime.
