The Role
We’re on the hunt for a relentless, highly creative Sales & Marketing Guru.
You might not know how to color-grade an 8K video, pull focus on a cinema lens, or balance a heavy-duty gimbal, and that is perfectly fine. We have the creative execution covered. What we need is someone who knows exactly how to sell magic to genies.
You will be the bridge between our high-end production capabilities and the corporate brands that need them. Your mission is to command our social presence, build lucrative B2B funnels, and close high-ticket deals.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Drive B2B Revenue: Identify, pitch, and close high-value corporate clients, production retainers, and commercial projects.
- Command Our Social Presence: Manage and grow Simply Stark’s social media channels, curating our premium portfolio and behind-the-scenes content to build industry authority.
- Craft Winning Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies (from digital funnels to bold direct-communication campaigns) that get our name in front of the right decision-makers.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the charismatic, strategic first point of contact for new leads, translating their business needs into creative production packages.
Your Winning Advantage (Requirements):
- B2B Mastery: Proven experience and success in the B2B sales and marketing space, ideally dealing with corporate clients or high-ticket services.
- Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts, understanding trends, engagement, and brand voice.
- Educational Foundation: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- The "It" Factor: Unmatched communication skills, a thick skin for sales, and the ability to pitch creative value confidently.
