Job Vacancy – Operation Manager

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Operation Manager to lead factory workers and oversee daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage factory workforce
Ensure production targets are achieved
Maintain product quality and consistency
Instruct workers and monitor performance
Handle worker discipline and operational issues
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth workflow inside the factory
Coordinate with management regarding production activities

Requirements:

Experience in factory or production operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workers effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of production processes and quality control
Ability to work under pressure
