Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and protecting the Shayna Deyne Group
brand across both Curtain Factory and Deyne Interiors — driving lead generation, client
acquisition, and brand positioning through strategic campaigns, content, and digital marketing
execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the group's annual marketing plan
• Define marketing objectives, channels, and budget allocation for both companies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
• Present marketing plans and performance reviews to the CEO quarterly
Lead Generation & Campaigns
• Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads for both businesses
• Manage digital advertising (Meta, Google, and other platforms)
• Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
• Track lead sources and optimise for best-performing channels
Brand Management
• Ensure all marketing materials, posts, and communications are on-brand
• Maintain visual consistency across both companies
• Oversee showroom presentation and branded touchpoints
• Protect the company's reputation across all public-facing channels
Digital & Content Oversight
• Oversee the Content / Media Officer's output
• Approve all content before publishing
• Manage the company website content and ensure it is current
• Monitor social media performance and direct the content strategy
Reporting
• Track marketing KPIs monthly and report to CEO
• Measure cost-per-lead and campaign ROI
• Maintain a marketing activity log and budget tracker
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Number of qualified leads generated per month — by company and channel
• Cost per lead — optimised month-on-month
• Social media follower growth and engagement rate
• Campaign ROI — revenue attributable to marketing activity
• Brand consistency score — no off-brand content published
• Monthly marketing report submitted to CEO by the 5th of each month
• Website traffic growth month-on-month
Role Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years in a marketing management or senior marketing role
• Proven track record in digital marketing — Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience managing a content calendar and brand guidelines
• Experience in retail, interior design, or lifestyle brands advantageous
Skills & Competencies
• Digital marketing execution — social media, paid ads, email marketing
• Strong written communication and copywriting ability
• Data analysis — interpreting campaign analytics and reporting
• Budget management and ROI tracking
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
