Position Summary
The Social Media/Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s digital marketing and social media strategies. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting overall business objectives through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage official social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and professional representation.
- Develop, curate, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software is an advantage.
