Elitrasmart Medical Supplies Limited is a trusted Zambian supplier of quality medical products. We design and supply garments for medical personnel including scrubs, lab coats, theatre gowns, nursing uniforms, and custom embroidered workwear for hospitals, clinics, and training schools.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to grow our online presence and drive sales of our medical garments. You will connect our brand with doctors, nurses, medical students, and procurement teams across Zambia through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility and generate online and bulk orders for medical apparel.
Social Media Management: Manage company pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Create engaging posts targeting healthcare professionals.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics showcasing our scrubs, lab coats, and custom branding services. Run testimonials and “day in the life” content with medical staff.
Paid Advertising: Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads targeting hospitals, clinics, nursing schools, and individual medical workers. Track spend and ROI.
Website & SEO: Update product pages, run promotions, and optimize for keywords like “medical scrubs Zambia” and “lab coats for sale Lusaka”. Monitor traffic via Google Analytics.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Build and manage a client database. Send monthly newsletters, new stock alerts, and bulk order discounts.
Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, trends in medical fashion, and customer feedback to improve campaigns.
Reporting: Submit monthly reports showing reach, engagement, leads, website sales, and cost per acquisition.
Brand Management: Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and hygienic brand image suitable for the healthcare sector.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, ICT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience managing social media and paid ads for a product-based business.
Portfolio of pages/campaigns you have managed. Experience in fashion, retail, or healthcare is an added advantage.
Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic video editing apps
Strong copywriting and product photography skills
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing in the Zambian market
Analytical, creative, deadline-driven, and able to work with sales targets
High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with healthcare clients
