JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth for Valtex Insurance Brokers. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction
Drive business development and revenue growth across corporate and retail segments
Build and maintain relationships with insurers and key stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with the Insurance Act, 2021 and PIA regulations
Oversee underwriting, claims, finance and operations
Establish strong governance, risk management and internal control frameworks
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ management experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in insurance
Degree/Diploma in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of insurance brokerage operations
Proven leadership and commercial experience
Must meet regulatory “fit and proper” criteria
