Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Actively market and sell company properties

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Assist in debt collection efforts, including client follow-ups and payment negotiations
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or debt collection is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
