- Must be registered with Teaching Council of Zambia with valid practicing license.

- Must possess 2 years’ experience of teaching pre-grades at a reputable School.
- Knowledge of the new curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Experience in literacy will be an added advantage.
- Skills in music, singing and dancing will be an added advantage.
- Should have strong analytical skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
- Must hold high levels of integrity and professionalism.

2. ICT Technician
Job Purpose
To ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and security of the school’s ICT systems and infrastructure, while providing timely technical support to staff and students. The role also supports digital communication, content creation, and online engagement by managing the school’s website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns to enhance learning, communication, and institutional visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and respond quickly if students or staff need help in the classroom when using the network, internet and software.
- Transform any written information into soft copy material when required.
- Maintain, set up and test ICT equipment, including related equipment.
- Provide support to all ICT users within the school.
- Insert quality pictures and diagrams in tests and end of term examinations.
- To set up, management and monitoring of the school’s email provision, access, firewall and filtering.
- Find hardware and software faults and correct them or arrange for their correction or repair in accordance with school procedures and maintain a record of faults.
- Set up new printers, laptops and computers, and install software in accordance with licences.
- Check IT security is within the schools policy and monitor access.
- Set up IT and other audio visual equipment (eg: laptops) for presentations and assemblies where required.
- Maintain current and accurate records of technology hardware, software, licences and resources.
- Monitor & maintain the schools printers, including checking ink levels.
- Managing IT related inventory.
Others
- Develop and maintain the school’s website and manage social media content calendars.
- Create and monitor digital campaigns to drive enquiries, prospective parent engagement, and enrollment.
- Act as the school’s brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, including video and photo production.
- Collecting content, pictures and videos during school events.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance.
- Manage advertising platforms.
- Conduct any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Diploma in ICT, IT, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the technical and administrative management of (end-users).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Previous work experience in a school will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of educational technologies and e-learning tools.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills for diverse digital platforms.
- Ability to create engaging, high-quality digital content.
- Member of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia
