🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or biotech environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Zambian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
