Job Title: Operations Manager – Bubble Tea / Coffee Chain
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Reports To: General Manager / Franchise Owner
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of stores in Lusaka, ensuring high standards in food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
- Manage P&L, inventory control, and supply chain logistics to minimize costs and waste.
- Lead, recruit, and train local store teams and management trainees.
- Drive sales targets and execute local marketing campaigns to boost brand presence.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in F&B chain operations (bubble tea, coffee, or fast food). Experience in Zambia or East Africa is a major plus.
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Local language skills (Nyanja/Bemba) are highly advantageous.
- Skills: Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage local staff effectively in a startup environment.
