Tsapo Industries Zambia Limited (motor industry) — Lusaka/kitwe, Zambia Tsapo Industries Zambia Limited is a leading dealer of brand-new commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, representing top international brands including FAW, Sino, Lovol, Ashok Leyland and Golden Dragon buses. We supply trucks, buses and earth-moving equipment to customers across Zambia and the region, and we are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
Position: Sales & Marketing Officer
Location: Lusaka/Kitwe, Zambia (with travel across Zambia as required)

*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow vehicle and equipment sales.
Manage customer relationships and provide professional product consultations and demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Coordinate with after-sales, parts and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute marketing activities including promotions, trade shows, digital marketing and product launches.
Maintain and update CRM records, sales forecasts, and regular performance reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing; provide market intelligence to management.
*Qualifications & Experience*
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years’ proven experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, transport or construction sectors.
Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of commercial vehicle/equipment products and the Zambia market is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Sales Manager X 2
A Sales Manager shall take full responsibility for the new vehicle division. The incubate will be the driving force behind developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and forecasts for the new vehicle department.
. Generate qualified and support sales conversion activities.
. Conduct market and competitor research to support campaigns.
. Manage digital marketing activities and growth online engagements.
. Assist in coordinating campaigns, events, activities and exhibitions.
. Maintain brands standards, showroom readiness and timely reports
· Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and group targets.
· Manage the entire sales pipeline and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
· Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Monitor sales performance through detailed reporting and present findings to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage
· Proven 5 -7 years hands on experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the automotive industry.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite to analyze sales data, create forecasts, and generate reports.
· A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
· In-depth understanding of the new vehicle market, financing options, and automotive industry trends.
· Exceptional leadership,negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Deep understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
Ensure compliance with all set standard operating procedures and all administrative functions.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and make strategic decisions.
· A valid driver's license is essential.
