About the Role
We are looking for a driven individual to lead the company’s engagement and growth strategy to provide payroll loans to clients in the private sector corporates and Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) agencies. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the relationship, bidding, and service delivery for this key client segment.
Key Responsibilities
l Develop and implement a strategy to grow revenue from private sector and GRZ agencies
l Identify and respond to tenders/RFPs from GRZ agencies and parastals in line with ZPPA regulations
l Manage key account relationships at C-suite level for major private sector clients
l Monitor GRZ policy changes, procurement cycles, and market trends to identify opportunities
l Prepare and reports and forecasts for the segment
What We Are Looking For
Ø Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage
Ø 5+ years’ experience in financial services
Ø Minimum 3 years managing GRZ/government accounts or large corporate portfolios will be an added advantage.
Ø Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, tender writing, high level negotiation.
