Grand Savoy Hotel is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team.

Department: Reservations / Front Office
Location: Grand Savoy Hotel
Type: Full-time (Part-time if applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations and booking requests via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channels
- Create and manage reservations using the hotel booking system
- Confirm details (guest name, dates, room type, number of guests, special requests)
- Assist with cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications according to hotel policy
- Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel services
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in readiness
- Maintain clean, accurate reservation records and follow confidentiality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems quickly
- Professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
- Prior reservations/front desk experience is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) or reservation platforms.
- A diploma or degree in hotel management, travel and tourism, or a related field
- Knowledge of hospitality/restaurant/customer service standards.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
